Stabilizing Brace
They need a brace to help support my kneecaps in place?
Where can I find a brace that I can use every day at work to help stabilize my knee? I had problems w / both knees since I was a teenager and now my left knee still gives me problems. My knee is released when wrong turn, or sometimes even seems that when I'm walking normally. This is very painful, and takes me atleast 2-3 weeks before he can return to work full time every time he passes. I know that can not be good for the knees either. Is there a brace that I can use that helps support your knee in place? or something I can do? all well appreciated help.
First you should see a doctor and find out why it does. He or she should refer you to a specialist and may prescribe the type of equipment you should take your case. You may need physiotherapy to help strengthen the muscles that hold the kneecap (patella) in place.
